no-stitch laser transconjunctival blepharoplasty. He has
been using the CO2 laser to perform
this operation for the last eight years. This technique
for removing bags and puffiness gives a natural refreshed
look with minimal downtime. In the lower eyelids, fat is
removed with the laser through the back of the eyelid, with
no cutting of the skin and no visible scar. There is often
minimal to no bruising, resulting in a refreshed look in
only a few days. In the upper eyelids, skin is usually removed
by a fine incision hidden in the crease. With the laser
there is often no bruising, and patients can generally expect
to return to normal activities in five to ten days. Dr.
Schiller's goal is a natural look, so that even your friends
will not realize that you have had the procedure. You will
look naturally rested, refreshed, and younger. At the same
time, ancillary procedures can be performed, including endoscopic
forehead and brow lift, and CO2 laser
resurfacing to remove fine wrinkles and pigment changes.
These

surgical suite using local anesthesia. A board-certified
anesthesiologist gives intravenous sedation to guarantee
