Endoscopic
Forehead, Brow and Face Lifts
Sometimes drooping
upper eyelids are the result of a drooping forehead and eyebrows.
In this case, operating on the eyelids alone will not give a pleasing
or natural look. Dr. Schiller is very pleased to offer this minimal-incision
advance in upper and mid-face lifting. It elevates sagging brows,
removes excessive skin from the eyelids, and eliminates the horizontal
wrinkles in the forehead caused by the muscles used to raise the
brows.

This technique
is performed through small incisions behind the hairline, resulting
in invisible scars. There is usually minimal to no bruising, and
you can return to normal activities within five to ten days. The
procedure takes about an hour, and is performed in the office
under local anesthesia with intravenous sedation. It can be combined
with upper or lower eyelid surgery or laser skin resurfacing to
give a complete facial rejuvenation.
